1) WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If you don’t see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!
And your tracking is emailed to your Paypal email address within 24 hours of shipment.

2) CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

Please contact us by linahoshiservice@outlook or whats app to see if your order has been shipped out.  Normally we will ship out in 48 hours.

3) ARE YOU GETTING THIS BACK IN STOCK?

We may be! The best way to find out is to enter your email address in the out of stock box on the product page you’re looking at! Then we can email you if and when we get it back in stock 🙂

4) I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

Uh oh! If you’ve received your order and something’s wrong with it we need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we’ll need a photo when you contact us to help! But we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

5) THE CUSTOM CHARGES ME TAX OVER THE PARCEL WHEN IMPORTING.

Please kindly be understand that we are not responsible for any duty occures.

6) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG DOES IT GENERALLY TAKE?

Recently we are having promotion for all products by providing free shipping around the world.  It may take 10-20 days normally to arrive. And for orders over $99.9 dollars, we will offer free express shipment (DHL, FEDEX,UPS) it can take shorter time.  Please be noted that custom fees are not pay by us. Customers need to handle custom fees.

7) DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes. You can get em between 20-250 bucks. Find em here. They get sent electronically to the lucky babe’s e-mail address immediately after you order it, or you can set a future delivery date!

8)HOW DO I USE GIFT CARD?

Lucky you! You were emailed a code to enter in your cart once you are done shopping! Login and click Store Credit, Gift Card or Promo Code? at the bottom of your cart to enter your code. You’ll see your total price go lower than a twerkin’ booty! You can use multiple codes at once, as long as you enter them one at a time.

9) GOT MY PACKAGE, BUT THERE IS A FEE. WHAT’S THE DEAL?

Customs fees are set by your country luv, we ain’t got nuthin to do with them. We can’t control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advacement fees accrued on a package.

10)DO YOU OFFER PRICE AJUSTMENT FOR PAST SALES?

We love you, but we do not adjust prices on past orders. You get a good price errday with LINAHOSHI, and you know if you wait til a sale you often miss out on the hottest stuff!

11) I SAW AN ITEM ON THE SITE AND I AM OBSESSED, HOW CAN I FIND IT?

There’s a pretty awesome search bar at the top of your page, chances are if you type in something even remotely close to what the item is called, you’ll be able to pull it up. Is the item currently out of stock? You might still have a chance; we occasionally restock the stuff we love most! If you see the item you love is out of stock enter your email address into the field that says: “Notify me when this is back in stock” and if we get it back in, we will let you know!

12) I SAW AN WHOLESALE COLLECTION, HOW CAN I GET A NICE WHOLESALE PRICE?
